Cookie policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026 · Version 1.0

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Dutch law (Telecommunicatiewet) and the GDPR require us to ask permission before placing any cookie that is not strictly necessary. Our approach is simple: we barely use cookies at all, and everything optional stays off until you say yes.

1. Strictly necessary (always active)

These make the site work and require no consent:

NameSet byPurposeDuration
korpalis_consent korpalis.com Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again, and serves as the record of consent 6 months
PHPSESSID korpalis.com Temporary session identifier used for form security and rate limiting Deleted when you close your browser

We also use localStorage (not a cookie) to store the same consent preference in your browser. It never leaves your device.

2. Analytics (off by default)

We currently run no analytics at all. If we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool in the future, it will only load after you opt in through the cookie banner, and this table will list exactly what it stores.

3. Third-party embeds

We currently run no third-party embeds. Consulting sessions are requested through a form on our own site, which sets no cookies of its own. If we add a scheduling tool later that sets cookies, it will load only after you opt in through the cookie banner, and this page will name it before it does.

4. Changing your mind

Click "Manage cookies" in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
