1. Who we are

These terms apply to your use of korpalis.com and the services offered on it: the research database, the newsletter and 1-on-1 consulting. The services are provided by Korpalis, Korte Schoonderloostraat 39, 3024 TN Rotterdam, Netherlands, registered under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42088615, VAT number NL005489194B09. 2. Use of the website and database

• Content on this site, including database entries and summaries, is for your own professional or personal use. Do not republish, scrape or resell it without written permission.
• Quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link is always fine, and encouraged.
• You may not attempt to bypass access restrictions, probe or attack the site, or use it to send spam. Yes, we appreciate the irony of attacking a security site, and no, it is not permitted. Responsible disclosure reports are welcome at contact@korpalis.com.

3. Content and no-warranty disclaimer

We curate carefully and link every claim to its source, but AI security moves fast and sources can be updated, corrected or withdrawn. Content on this site is provided for information purposes and does not constitute legal, compliance or professional security advice for your specific situation. Decisions you make based on it remain your own responsibility.

4. Consulting engagements

• Consulting sessions are booked in advance and confirmed by email, including scope, duration and fee.
• Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the session. Later cancellations may be charged.
• Anything you share for review is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties.
• Advice is given to the best of our professional ability, but implementation and its results remain your responsibility. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the engagement, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Newsletter and waitlist

The newsletter is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Waitlist registration does not create any obligation to purchase, on either side. How we handle your email address is described in the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Korpalis name, logo, site design and original texts are our property. Linked papers, CVEs and articles remain the property of their respective authors and publishers, which is exactly why we link to them.

7. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the date above tells you when we last did. Dutch law applies, and disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
